Yanny has been a full-time real estate agent for over 10 years based in Toronto. Her passion for real estate began in the resale market working with local buyers and sellers from her network. She enjoys working with people, and understanding their unique needs and wants according to different cultural backgrounds and personal preferences. It is her goal to ensure all clients make an educated decision in real estate.

Since 2011, Yanny worked with a brokerage that specialized in marketing pre-construction projects. She committed to working with various renown builders in the GTA and successfully sold many luxury pre-construction condos and low-rise homes, with net sales value over $700 Million dollars. Her dedication and excellence in the industry led to many awards including 'The Best Sales Team 2018' by The Nationals in Florida, with over 1300 North American nominations.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yanny came to Canada with her parents and studied high school and university in Toronto. Yanny prides herself in being able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as reading and writing in Chinese. She's a charismatic team player who brings positive energy to people around her. This is especially important as buying and selling real estate can be overwhelming for clients, and Yanny is always able to create a positive experience for them. Many of Yanny's clients become close friends and continue to seek Yanny's advice in real estate and other important life choices.
