Ginger’s vast global client network has led to many sales of luxury properties including residential resorts, waterfront residences, marina developments, commercial ventures and yacht berths resulting in representation of 30 development projects and approximately 500 million in the overall project sales in the last few decades.

Born in Lubbock, TX, Ginger moved to Florida’s West Coast as a child before her family eventually settled in Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach Florida. She went on to art school in Colorado and Massachusetts before embarking on what would be a four-decade career in the luxury space. Since her first job as a jewelry salesperson in Lucerne, Switzerland, she has had success in catering / hotel, wine sales, advertising, publishing, PR and real estate development marketing.

Having lived in some of the world’s most beautiful and sought-after locations, Ginger has spent the last 2.5 decades in South Florida. In mid-2019 she was called to Denver for family matters and found many opportunities in the Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado. He business model to combine these 2 markets is a natural and will continue to split her time between he 2 markets that share the same clientele.
