Viktoriya Bastiyali is the Field Team’s Residential Specialist. Viktoriya came to New York to attend The Fashion Institute of Technology, where she graduated with two degrees, fashion merchandising management and international trade and marketing. Viktoriya took her degrees and became an entrepreneur creating multiple successful businesses in fashion and events. After selling those businesses she pursued her lifelong passion of real estate. “As far back as I can remember I have been extremely passionate about fashion, interior design, and real-estate.” Viktoriya has a broad range of experience in marketing, sales analysis, negotiation, database management, and client services. One of Viktoriya’s favorite quotes comes from a phrase from Helen Keller with her own twist, “Optimism leads to achievements. Nothing will be done without hope, hard work, and confidence. It always seems impossible until it’s a done and closed deal.”

Viktoriya currently resides on the Upper East Side with her two children, Aryanna and Adryan. She has many passions outside work including spending quality time with her children, dog, and friends, cooking, staying in shape, horseback riding, scuba diving, going on long walks, traveling, and investing in property all around the world. Viktoriya is originally from Ukraine where she grew up and still returns on a regular basis.
