MEET VERNA MALYON

Verna’s love of property and real estate in general is one of her biggest passions and what originally got her into the real estate industry.

She relocated from Mpumalanga in 2001 and it soon became evident to her that the natural transition was to turn this passion into a career. She is proud to live in this beautiful area and enjoys the relaxed lifestyle it offers. She values the opportunity to introduce her clients to the area and finds it very rewarding to successfully introduce her clients to a property that they can call home.

Verna is a naturally friendly and empathetic person who will listen to her clients’ needs and work with them throughout the purchase or sale of their home. Verna is accessible to her clients and the personal touch is very important to her. Furthermore, Verna believes that great service extends beyond the signing of the contract and will walk her clients through the entire process making it as pleasant and stress free as possible.

Verna has worked successfully in the area since 2005 and specializes mainly in beachfront properties and homes in Ballito itself. She is a fully qualified estate agent with PPRE status. Her extensive knowledge and expertise of the area is shared with her clients enabling them to make an informed property investment.
