Trina Grimm was passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Sparrows Point, Maryland. Trina always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. She hit the ground running in her rookie year and hasn't looked back. Trina with her husband Tom, a tugboat captain and military veteran, are active investors in buying and selling properties. Specializing in Air B and B/Vacation rental properties, Trina loves sharing this knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals. Whether personally or in real estate, creating something of value has to begin with integrity which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together. Trina is a Licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and Pennsylvania and an accredited Pricing Strategy Advisor. She served on the Board of Carroll County Association of Realtors Foundation, and a member of the Million Dollar Real Estate Professionals. A long-term resident of both Baltimore and Carroll County, Trina enjoys spending time “Down the Ocean”, or on the Chesapeake Bay with her family and beloved Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Sailor.
