Whether buying or selling, she has laser-like focus, taking time to properly guide her clients in making the best real estate decisions. She easily navigates her clients through all aspects of the sale. Her list of satisfied clients is impeccable, and she has earned the respect of her colleagues in sales, finance, and construction. She is also a real estate investor, having purchased her first investment property at 23. She ran her own firm handling all aspects of the purchase, renovation, marketing, and sale of properties.

Trecia holds a master’s degree in adult education from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in political science from the University of Tennessee.

In addition to real estate, Trecia loves spending time with her family, husband, daughters, son-in-law and black labs (which she grew to love when raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind.) She is an active member of the San Francisco Ballet Auxiliary, and she works with Homeless Prenatal, serving on their board of directors. She loves to snow ski, play tennis, cook, and travel.
