Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and having enjoyed a 20-year career, retiring as a Sergeant in the New York City Police Department, Tracy Teofilo brings an intimate knowledge of the city, a broad range of contacts, a keen business sense, strong interpersonal skills, and solid negotiating abilities. Nearing the end of her career with the NYPD, she worked in Westchester and Putnam County selling residential real estate part-time. Subsequently, upon her retirement from the NYPD, she began working as a commercial and residential real estate professional in Manhattan.
The foundation and continued success of Tracy’s business, coupled with the relationships she has made, are derived from her drive, tenacity, professionalism, experience, pride, and integrity. Understanding the importance of implementing an effective partnership and ensuring that each client's needs are met and exceeded have fueled her professional success.
She is fluent in Spanish and currently learning Italian. She attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is a licensed home inspector.
