With an Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cal State San Marcos as well as years working professionally as a Director of Customer Experience, Tracey's refined skills such that by now they're second nature: listening closely enough for what your needs and wants are in your future home, asking the right questions and problem solving when necessary.
