She has worked for several different realty companies, as well as owned and operated her own company for twenty years (1988-2008). Toni has garnered a number of awards and accolades from her previous companies, including: Chairman's Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Inducted into the Hall of Fame, Platinum Club Award, Senior Marketing Consultant Award, and Top Producing Realtor.

Equally passionate about the community in which she lives and works, Toni has volunteered countless hours for various special projects involving child abuse issues served on the board for Full Circle Non Profit for severely abused children and was nominated as Volunteer of the Year by the City of San Rafael.

Married since 1998 to her soul mate Gib Ramirez, she is the mother of three sons (including a set of twins), and grandmother to the greatest joy in her life, Alexander, born in 2005. Her hobbies include all types of art, music, gardening, animals, scuba diving, traveling, and playing scrabble.
