Tom is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island and has had a long association with Real Estate, construction and development business. He has owned and operated Real Estate offices in Barrington, RI and Seekonk Mass. With 56 years experience in the industry, much knowledge has been gained and can be shared with individuals who would like to buy residential single family homes or condominiums. For many years he has had the benefit of working in a variety of markets. He started his career in a very stable market during the early 1960’s. In the years following he worked in tight money, boom markets, and recessions. This had made Tom a very experienced real estate professional. He is licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida.

In addition to being a Broker, Tom has served as President of the RI Commercial and Industrial Division of the R.I Association of Realtors and as President of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. He has chaired the Professional Standards Committee and served on many other committees including the National Association of Realtors as a voting delegate. Locally he has served as a corporater of Bank Newport and previously served as an adviser to Citizens Bank.

Real Estate can be learned in the classroom setting, however on the job experience is the only way to learn how to handle all situations. The results of experience and interaction with both buyers and sellers as well as managing 28 sales agents over the years can bring about an enormous number of different scenarios and can define what is important to clients.
