Since 2006, Tim has authored the Estin Report and blog at EstinAspen.com, the original sales and market research platform for Aspen Snowmass real estate. His goal has always been to instill clarity and confidence in his client’s decision-making. He is cited frequently for market guidance in local and national media.

He's been an elite top 1% Aspen broker and won numerous sales performance awards.

Tim has longtime family roots in Aspen with insider connections: attended Yellow Brick Elementary School in the West End; apprenticed for celebrated Aspen architect Fritz Benedict (Benedict Music Tent); market associate for the preeminent international ski resort planning-consulting firm Sno-Engineering, Inc (SEGroup) then based in Aspen.

He currently serves on the ABOR Standards & Ethics Committee; 2023 Pitkin County Community Growth Advisory Committee; 2005-2009 Aspen Board of Realtors (ABOR) liaison to the City of Aspen and separately to Pitkin County communicating land use code changes, government policies and political issues to Aspen’s real estate community. Tim was a founding director of the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association, the 34 hut/350 mile ski/bike hut-to-hut trail system between Aspen and Vail. BA Colorado College; MBA Boston University.
