Now a proud grandparent, Tim shares his love for life with his wife, Robin, alongside their two grown children, who are flourishing in their respective paths. Drawn to Vermont by the allure of its lifestyle, Tim made the decision to make it his permanent home back in 1988, seamlessly transitioning into a thriving career in real estate. Initially specializing as a commercial and business broker, Tim spent over a decade refining his skills in negotiation, consulting, and meticulous due diligence. Transitioning his focus to the second home market in Southern Vermont, Tim's approach has always been centered on understanding his client's goals and desired lifestyles. His keen eye for photography and videography has further enriched his offerings, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional results. Notably, Tim is a licensed drone pilot, adding an innovative edge to his real estate ventures. Tim's mantra underscores his approach to real estate: '20% marketing and offer writing, 80% navigating challenges and sealing the deal.' It's in this arena that Tim truly shines, having successfully guided countless transactions to closure over the years. Presently, Tim serves as a partner at The Vermont Sales Group, a formidable real estate team boasting a collective experience of over 100 years in Southern Vermont. In addition to his successful path in real estate, Tim has embedded himself in the local community as a justice of the peace and a volunteer firefighter in Bondville.
