Born and raised in Bermuda, Thosh’s love of storytellingand desire to broaden her horizons led her from Bermuda to Nova Scotia where she pursued a journalism degree at University of King’s College.

Subsequent to graduating, Thosh remained in Halifax where she worked as an administrative assistant at Investment Planning Counsel (IPC). During her time at IPC, she enjoyed interacting with clients, gaining organizational skills and learning about financial services. After two years, Thosh landed a role as a content manager with FMG Publishing Company. She thrived in the competitive environment and was consecutively a top producer for four months in a row during her first year. However, she soon realized she needed to pursue a career with uncapped growth potential.

Thosh became interested in real estate as a career in 2017 after encounters with realtors who worked in the same building. In 2018 she took a salesperson licensing course in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Subsequent to passing her exam, Thosh was hired as the office manager of Workspace Bayers Lake, a commercial real estate company. As the office manager, Thosh was responsible for office tours, overseeing the day-to-day tasks, events, and a small team. However, when Thosh’s grandmother fell ill, she decided to relinquish her role and return to Bermuda to be with family during their time of need.

Since returning to Bermuda, Thosh and her husband started ELEVATE Host Services, a hospitality business that assists homeowners with day-to-day operations of their vacation rentals. This business gave her a taste of property management, allowed her to meet people from all over the world and be an ambassador of Bermuda.

Thosh’s background has shaped her into an excellent communicator who values teamwork, trustworthiness and appreciation. She believes that her competitive nature and willingness to serve clients by making them feel special and actively listening will make her successful in this profession. She is also passionate about women's' holistic health through her platform Replenish Retreats. Since moving back to Bermuda she has had the opportunity to meet some of Bermuda's most creative and talented entrepreneurs as a member of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation and Ignite Bermuda.
