Thorsten works with investors, buyers, and sellers helping them achieve their sales and purchases of single-family, condominium and investment properties. His customers applaud his ability to negotiate on their behalf as well as evaluate income potential or pitfalls relating to homeowner or condominium association issues. Because Thorsten is also fluent in German, he is able to communicate easily with Florida's growing German population of investors.

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Thorsten managed and owned publishing businesses in Germany, the United Kingdom and Asia. For 15 years, he managed the German subsidiary of CMP Media, New York. This allowed him to develop effective communication and negotiation skills across various cultures. His travels throughout the world helped him, in turn, to develop a fascination with a multitude of design and lifestyles, which prompted his found passion for real estate. He holds a master's degree in economics which formed the basis of his superior business acumen.

Today, Thorsten says he is fortunate to work with local, national and international customers, being based in a location which is a desirable destination for retirement and second home living. He services the real estate markets of Clearwater, Belleair, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Largo and Seminole in Pinellas County, Florida.

He also continues to be an avid learner, taking courses recommended by the National Association of REALTORS® to receive designations of higher learning. Thorsten is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). In his spare time, Thorsten says he enjoys family time, along with travel, cuisine, golf, and opera.
