After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, she worked for the prestigious advertising agency J. Walter Thompson prior to transitioning to real estate in 2001. Her experience handling media budgets for brands such as Ford, Chevron and Burger King prepared her for the critical aspect of negotiating real estate transactions. Outside of real estate, Theresa is a loving mother and recently a new grandmother.
