After almost 20 years working for Fortune 500 corporations, Tess Monsanto-Bailey made the easy decision to move back to her beautiful island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, where she was born and raised. In Executive roles, Tess continued to enhance her career in the Tourism and Hospitality industry while successfully achieving #1 rankings in all avenues. For nine years, Tess served as an instructor of Tourism and Hospitality studies at the University of the Virgin Islands and a training facilitator for top-rated businesses and organizations in the territory. Tess is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's in Hotel, Restaurant, and Hospitality Management and a Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University. Tess enjoys family time at sea with her husband, a boat captain, and her son.

Following years of interest in architecture and design, Tess leaped to obtain her Virgin Islands Real Estate License. She fulfilled her goal to sell the most unique properties in the territory. Tess loves all things Virgin Islands! She eats, sleeps, and breaths the essence of the blues seas, the radiant sun, and the elements of the culture.
