Combining warmth and care with a stellar work ethic, Taylor Beskid loves having an impact on others' success. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in communications, she worked in corporate sales, helping grow small businesses through software designed to automate marketing and increase revenue. While she enjoyed the structure and discipline of the corporate world, she wanted more from her career and discovered she had a gift for teaching and a soft spot for wellness, which she turned into a full-time career as a Pilates instructor before finally making the decision to pursue real estate.

She has always had a passion for design and architecture, but more than just a hobby, real estate, for Taylor, has always been about the connections and the communities we make for ourselves. From a young age, she shared the world of real estate with her aunt (an important mother figure and mentor after Taylor's mother passed away), a business-minded woman with a real estate license who loves interior design and would buy something special for her home after earning a promotion or a bonus. Sharing pictures of things they liked or found inspiring created a culture of camaraderie and fun around the idea of home, and Taylor brings that same sensibility into her work with clients. Understanding that while the world can be crazy, it's always possible to find sanctuary in a loving, comfortable environment, she is passionate about helping clients make their homes what they want them to be.

A life-long learner of and believer in 'best practices,' Taylor brings a sense of order to the overwhelm and chaos, guiding clients step by step through all the moving parts of a negotiation and is a skilled listener who helps people feel comfortable with an intimidating process. Originally from Florida, she especially enjoys helping clients relocate to the Atlanta area and feels that the city has something special to offer everyone. When she's not working with clients, you can find her in the Pilates studio, being active with her dog, traveling, cooking or enjoying a nice glass of wine. Taylor currently resides in Virginia-Highland with her husband, Nico.
