Tammy Wilks Kornfeld
Providing exemplary, personalized service, I have secured outstanding results for my clients year after year. The purchase or sale of a home in Marin County represents one of the most important financial and lifestyle decisions for an individual. My analytical abilities along with my commitment to abundant, responsive and honest communication ensure my clients will have the guidance and hands-on help of a caring and experienced professional.
As a resident of Ross for fifteen years and Larkspur for the past six years, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique qualities of the towns that comprise our dynamic county and create micro-markets. My training at the New York School of Interior Design and work as an owner/developer of historic properties in Downtown Sacramento add to the skill set I bring to both buyers and sellers. Helping sellers both identify and economically complete the tasks required to present their property in the best possible light is a commitment I make to all my listing clients. For buyers, I offer the experience of being a principal in numerous construction projects; this experience enables me to help you identify and quantify the opportunities and challenges each property offers.
I am a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UC Berkeley and later earned a Masters of Science at Dominican University. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I worked as a tenured English teacher at Del Mar Middle School. I have served on Branson's Executive Board and as PTA President of Ross School where my two daughters attended K-8th grades. I am an associate member of the Ross Valley Women's League, Branson Benefactor, lifetime member of the California Alumni Association and member of the Mt.Tam Racquet Club and The Club at Harbor Point. Real estate remains a community-based business, and my involvement with a variety of communities in Marin enables me to provide in-depth, pertinent information to my clients.
I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding your real estate goals and brainstorm on how we can work together to make them a reality.
