Talita Fagerstrom is our highly skilled in-house lead generation specialist. In this position, Talita builds and cultivates prospect relationships by initiating communication via telephone and mass communication such as email marketing. Talita follows up on leads and conducts research for each individual so that she is able to identify with each potential prospect and figure out exactly what they are looking for. Once Talita collects enough information, she then refers these prospects to one of our qualified real estate agents who work step by step with their client during the home buying process. Having our own lead generation specialist ensures that we are able to continue securing new business and new sales leads. Our goal at Soleil Sotheby's International Realty is to help as many people as we can find their dream home.
