Fluency in German and Spanish has proved to be a great asset in serving Washington's international community.

Susan's real estate expertise and success may be attributed to her academic, professional and business background. A PhD in Psychology led to teaching at the American University, as well as a Vice Presidency at the prestigious Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation. Her business experience has included responsibility for residential construction and renovation of luxury properties, as well as founding Susanne Safer Associates, Ltd., an Interior Design firm.
