Real Estate Professional
Integrity, hard work, and market knowledge are the pillars of Susan Holey’s residential real estate sales philosophy. Knowing what is most important to her clients and working tirelessly to meet and exceed their expectations is the reason behind her success in the Greenwich market. Susan has lived in Greenwich with her family for more than 20 years and knows all facets of this diverse and thriving community. Her mission with Sotheby's International Realty is to create lifelong relationships with her clients by offering the highest quality real estate experience possible.
After graduating from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Susan worked for Procter & Gamble Manufacturing. Following her work at P&G, Susan attended Columbia Business School, where she earned an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting. In an unlikely next step, Susan found work she was passionate about at the National Broadcasting Company. She spent 10 years working as a producer and writer on the TODAY show and NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw before moving to Greenwich.
Susan is married and has three children who have all grown up in Greenwich. She has been involved with local charities, her church, and many community organizations. Susan is a licensed real estate professional, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Board of Realtors, the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service.
Susan is committed to supporting The Sandy Hook Promise, a non-profit dedicated to protecting children from gun violence, with a portion of every commission going to this organization.
