Susan was President and co-founder of Hallmark Bradfield Properties with eight offices and 300 agents. Susan Hallmark Realtors was later created to specialize in new home sales, marketing and consulting, and representing some of San Antonio's finest homebuilders. She served as a director of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and The Greater San Antonio Builders Association.

Susan joined Kuper Sotheby's International Realty as a Broker/Associate to again enjoy her first love of assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and desires. Her professionalism and association with the Board of Realtors in San Antonio, Gillespie County, and Kerrville have broadened her experience and knowledge.
