Susan Green began her real estate career in 1993 in Bridgehampton and joined Sotheby’s International realty in 1997 when it acquired the Bridgehampton office.

A top sales producer, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, Susan has consistently ranked in the top 3% of all NRT’s 42,000 sales associates. She has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate transactions, including home and land sales and listings. Susan specializes in high-end residential sales and rental properties. Susan is a native Long Islander who has lived in Southampton for the past 22 years. Prior to her career in real estate, Susan had a career as a Corporate Manager with Barclays Bank of New York.

Susan is a straight-forward broker known for her efficiency, integrity and calm, but commanding style. She is an effective negotiator and an excellent listener and communicator. With her proven track record and strong knowledge of the East End, Susan knows all the area hot spots. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, biking and walking on the beach.
