Susan Bishop is a Top Producing Real Estate Broker with Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. Her love for what she does motivates her and has consistently made her one of the top producing Brokers in Vermont. Her passion for this business is on par with her achievements; recently Susan ranked 2nd in REAL Trends Vermont for the number of transactions and received the Green Mountain Association of Realtors (GMAR) Realtor of the Year award in 2022. She is seen by her peers and the community as an expert that understands the market, her clients, their particular needs and is always willing to go above and beyond in her work. Since she began her career in real estate in 2004, she has enjoyed meeting people from all over and helping them find their perfect first home, second home, or investment property in South Central Vermont.

Susan is active in the community through leadership positions and volunteering in different local efforts. She currently serves on the Green Mountain Association of Realtors Board as a Director, the Chamber of Economic Development of the Rutland Region (CEDRR) Board as a Director, and is a member of the Rutland South Rotary. Over the years, she's also been active in supporting and promoting youth sports and dance in the community and a former Rutland City Rotarian.

Originally from Boston, Susan traveled until she found her home in South Central Vermont in 1991. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and people wishing to move to Vermont for work or simply to enjoy the quality of life that Vermont offers. She also frequently assists sellers in the sales process, from preparing their home through to closing, while catering to their needs to move up or move on to another residence. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, creative, consistent, responsive, and has honed her craft in this business throughout the years. Susan would love to share her enthusiasm for her community, her home state, and her knowledge with prospective clients.
