TRADITION & EXCELLENCE

It’s in her DNA. Sue’s real estate exposure began at an early age, well before joining her father’s Bay Area brokerage firm over 25 years ago. Sue’s rich and diverse background includes international multi-media advertising and marketing with The Gap and other notable companies, international corporate sales and senior management positions, and employment with a national real estate law firm.

Sue is proud of her real estate legacy. Her business has flourished as a result of her sharp negotiation skills coupled with her genuine concern for the well-being of each of her clients. Sue is especially sensitive to the needs of her senior and trust sales clientele. As the primary contact for her parents in their 90’s, Sue understands firsthand the sensitivity and finesse that's essential when guiding transitioning seniors, plus the emotional and fiscal needs of their families.

Whether you are a first-time buyer, seasoned real estate veteran, or high-end investor, you can rely upon Sue’s extensive real estate and design expertise, detailed focus, and personal touch when navigating through the most challenging of circumstances. Sue is proud of her achievements and is grateful for the generous referrals she receives from her satisfied clients.

Sue has closed countless residential and investment property transactions and is well-versed in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Born and raised on the Peninsula, Sue is an alumna of San Francisco State University, and the proud mom of two amazing young adults. Sue is also conversant in Spanish.

GIVING BACK

Sue is passionate about giving back to the community. She has served on the executive boards of two non-profit agencies: Our Lady of Miracles, a women’s group that raises funds for third world orphanages, and the Downtown Business Group, a Redwood City business and community-based organization where Sue chaired and authored Redwood City community events. Sue is currently on the executive board of the St. Francis Center of Redwood City (www.stfrancisrwc.org), an agency that provides food, clothing and shelter to over 3,000 under-served members of our community.

Sue understands that it takes a village to help individuals and families in need. In addition to chairing annual auctions on their behalf, she acquired the land on which the Siena Youth Center now stands (a state-of-the-art gym for at-risk youth), as well as several off-market apartment buildings that have been converted to low-income housing. Sue has also served as chair of the Sequoia High School Athletic Scholarship Committee.
