Sondra Browning-Ott has been a resident of Malibu and Brentwood for more than 25 years. She has been associated with the real estate industry for over 25 years and has gained wide experience in many areas of real estate including residential sales, income property acquisitions, leasing and property management. Her preference has always been the sale of residential properties. During her years in the industry, she has sold a wide variety of real estate including a record sale of a 55-acre ranch in Malibu that was featured in a British Broadcasting Company special documentary along with other unique properties from around the world. She represents a variety of high profiled clients and on many occasions, has represented these clients in multiple transactions.

Sondra is well organized and services her client's needs in a timely, efficient and caring manner. She works tirelessly to meet the objectives and needs of all clients. She regularly studies and researches home values in Beverly Hills, the Westside, Hancock Park and Malibu. This research gives her an excellent working knowledge of properties in these areas that she shares with all of her prospective clients. She brings to the real estate field an excellent educational background with a degree in mathematics. Later, she attended UCLA to receive her certification in the School of Environmental and Interior Design. Sondra has also studied in Paris, France and Florence, Italy. She spent many years traveling around the world and studied the architecture of many cultures. During these travels, she was employed by one of the world's leading international airlines as a purser and service manager. In 1991, she was assigned to fly charters into Saudi Arabia and Kuwait transporting our military into these locations to fight the Gulf War.

Upon receiving her degree in environmental and interior design, she was employed in the business section of Sotheby's auction house in Beverly Hills to continue her learning in the decorative arts. She became employed with Sotheby's International Realty in Beverly Hills as a sales agent in 2003. With all of the years of interaction between different cultures and countries, she was delighted to represent Sotheby's International Realty and serve as the Executive Director of Sales for Montage Residences Beverly Hills at the Montage Hotel.

Sondra has a strong work ethic and has found time to contribute to the community. She served as chairman of the Decorative Arts Council at the Los Angeles County Museum for six years as well as a board member of the Alumni of the UCLA School of Environmental and Interior Design. She has been supportive of Save Venice of Venice, Italy for the restoration of historical monuments located there. Sondra is also an active supporter of the Institute of Classical Architecture in Classical America.
