Capping off a difficult market in 2018, Steven recorded the 4th highest residential sale for the year across the entire Calgary Real Estate Board (5500 licensed realtors) - receiving the first offer in only 20 days on market, with the deal finally going firm in a remarkably short total of 64 days.

DURING THE EARLY PARTS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC…

Steven took the initial market down-time as an opportunity to continue to push forward and create more compelling value for his clients. Purchasing a high-tech drone with a remarkable high-def camera would mean nothing without the proper certification from Transport Canada. So, Steven is officially certified with a Pilot Certification for Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), Visual Line of Sight (VLOS).

NATIONALLY & GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED…

Steven was honored to be asked to be a guest speaker for the nationwide Sotheby’s International Realty Canada spring meeting event to speak on his creative application of the leading technology.

His ideas and application were so compelling, that Steven was asked to present in the 2021 Global Networking Event. He was the only Canadian real estate agent to be invited as a guest speaker to the world-wide Sotheby’s agent audience spanning 75 countries and over 24,000 agents.

Steven welcomed 2022 with his 6th specialty designation (SRES) and achieved the status of Senior Vice President, Sales. In 2024, Steven expanded his drone license with the FAA.
