A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Sharon Lingelbach has over 17 years of real estate experience and joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty in March of 2016 as part of the team to open the first office in the Asheville area. Working at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove gave her extensive development and new construction experience, she set up their resale program and worked with builders to sell their new construction spec homes. Sharon also has general real estate and commercial leasing and purchasing experience.

An unmatched level of service, expertise and dedication to her clients helps set Sharon apart from other associates. She believes luxury is not a price point, it's an experience, and in real estate – experience is everything. Sharon is proficient in new development, land sales, lot sales, new construction from planning to completion. She possesses expert knowledge of on-site and closed sales in the city of Asheville to the rustic countryside, closing larger tracks of land for development, farmhouses with acres of land and commercial properties. Sharon has earned the GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation and is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys kayaking, hiking or a long walk on the beach. Sharon also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
