For over 16 years Sharon Buckley and partner Phyllis Jaeger have been working with buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn with a high-touch approach singularly focused on client satisfaction.

Sharon has lived in Manhattan for 40 years, including 28 years on the Upper East Side and stints in Gramercy Park, Sutton Place, and the Upper West Side. This broad neighborhood knowledge, along with her deep understanding of the city's private and professional schools, is especially beneficial to clients relocating from across the country or around the world. Meanwhile, her personal experience as a New York City condominium and cooperative owner for 25 years and a co-op board member for 18 years aid her ability as an informed, savvy guide for clients in both the co-op and condo markets.

Sharon earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University, double majoring in marketing and finance. Prior to real estate, she worked in advertising in account management and CFO roles, helping to start two agencies, one of which she sold. This rich business experience, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, is an asset to clients when it comes to creatively marketing properties, evaluating the marketplace and negotiating the most favorable price for buyers and sellers.

Incredibly warm and engaging, Sharon appreciates the magnitude of a real estate transaction in a person's life and always strives to keep the process as stress-free as possible by thoroughly educating clients on every facet, including current market conditions, neighborhoods, buildings and so on. “I'm happiest when clients tell us how much they value the time we invest on their behalf and appreciate our honesty and integrity when helping them make an informed decision,” she says. “This is of the utmost importance to me and the foundation of our approach to business.”

When she is not hard at work for clients, Sharon is an enthusiastic adventure traveler who enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring the roads less travelled in destinations like Uganda, Morocco, Tanzania, and Chile.
