Shant was born and raised here in Southern California, being born in Los Angeles, later moving to Orange County where he has spent most of his life. After starting his real estate career at 18 years old, he has quickly built a vast clientele that he takes great pride in. For each client Shant works with, he makes sure to professionally personalize his relationships with them, giving his full attention to each of their needs during every real estate transaction. While focusing on his career, Shant also graduated from Cal State Fullerton, with a degree in Business-Marketing; and will be attending Law School.

Shant has a diverse range of transactions, specializing in high-end development and single-family homes throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. One of Shant’s most differentiating features is the relationship he has with developers. Shant prides himself on being fully present with not only the selling process, but by being a part of everything from acquisition, to construction designs & ideas, and showcasing aspects of the home through aggressive marketing strategies.
