Sandy Lubliner is a full time real estate professional covering the southern tier of Westchester county. Since becoming licensed in 2003, Sandy has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and pricing of single-family homes, new construction, waterfront properties, coops and condominiums. Her diverse experience ranges from sales of 5000 square foot waterfront estates and new construction homes to modest 500 square foot coops and rental properties.

Sandy's success is based on building lifelong relationships and keeping buyers and sellers up-to-date on market activity. Her low-key, non-pressure way has guided many clients to a successful closing. She feels very fortunate to be a part of the Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty team. She recognizes the power of the global brand and marketing advantages the company can offer her sellers in terms of local, national, and international exposure.

As a longtime resident of Westchester county, Sandy has a true insiders view of the community and can give her clients a comprehensive overview of the schools, various neighborhoods and recreation facilities. Her hobbies include golf, tennis, platform tennis, and sailing.
