As a third generation real estate consultant, Sally Kate learned her love of real estate at a young age. She has bought, remodeled and sold houses and knows what it means to find and create the perfect home. As a Texas native relocating to Evergreen, she understands the unique challenges of moving to a new area from out-of-state. Sally Kate believes in civic engagement, and has provided 25 years of public service through philanthropy work in education, and marginalized populations. Her volunteer work in both Jeffco and Boulder school districts gives her a deep knowledge of area education options. This knowledge and dedication to service ensures her client’s needs are met from first contact to final closing. Sally Kate earned her BS in Health Sciences from Texas A&M University, and previously worked as an IT project manager and consultant. She loves to practice yoga, hike and stage homes. She is a long-time Evergreen resident and lives with her husband and two kids.
