Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, he co-founded Century 21 Metropolitan, where he sold over $635,000,000 in NYC real estate. Ryan’s track record of closing deals helped make the company a destination location for agents who did billions in real estate transactions. Before founding Century 21 Metropolitan, Ryan worked as a broker at some of New York’s largest companies. His past sales include apartments in several of New York’s most notable buildings, such as 15 Central Park West, 220 Central Park South, 432 Park Avenue, the Beresford, and The Plaza. Ryan has sold townhouses, buildings, and everything in between.
