Rudy specializes in residential real estate ranging from condominiums and income properties to multi-million dollar estates. He is respected by his clients and colleagues alike for his problem solving skills, honesty and fairness. Rudy takes pride in exceeding his clients' expectations and helping them meet their goals. His high standards of excellence, honesty and integrity have helped him to maintain his clients' trust and referrals.

Rudy credits the values instilled in him by his parents as being vital to his success. His upbringing is responsible for the discipline and attention to detail he brings to his work. Born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, he moved to Los Angeles with his family at a very early age, and they later relocated to the Salinas Valley. Rudy has lived and worked in the Salinas Valley since 1979. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, he was a licensed insurance agent with New York Life Insurance Company and a branch manager for a dairy business, and he also spent several years as a mortgage lender with Atlas Premier Properties. In his current position as a full-time Realtor, he has worked on a REO team that has sold homes for several direct lenders and asset management companies, he has become HAFA short sale certified and he has also completed training with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He is also fluently bilingual in English and Spanish. Today, in addition to his real estate career, he now enjoys traveling, racing and wine tasting.
