Rosanne Howard has been a real estate broker for over 35 years and holds a Certified International Specialist designation. A top-producing agent, she has consistently been listed in the top 2% for sales in her company. During her career, she has transacted over $600 million in property sales. She specializes in properties on the Westside of Los Angeles including Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Sunset Strip, Westwood and parts of the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty in 1996, Rosanne worked for many years in two other firms in Brentwood and Beverly Hills, respectively, both specializing in prestigious properties.

Rosanne was the 2012 President of the Combined Los Angeles Westside Multiple Listing Service after holding titles as Vice President, Treasurer and Director over many years and serving on the Professional Standards and Strategic Planning and Finance Committees. In 2004, Rosanne served as President of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®. She spearheaded a fund raising campaign and raised $100,000 for the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors to sponsor a Habitat for Humanity home, which was built and dedicated to a deserving family in 2004. Rosanne was elected “Realtor of the Year” in 2005 by the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® and, in 2019, she was awarded the prestigious William May Garland Award from the same body. For 17 years, she has served as a Director of the California of Association of Realtors, and for many years as a Director of the National Association of Realtors. In 2008, she received a “Real Estate Industry Leader Award” from the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Rosanne supports and has worked for the following charitable organizations: Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles, American Foundation for AIDS Research, AIDS Project Los Angeles and the American Heart Association. She is president of the Charitable Foundation of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.

Rosanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Skidmore College with a major in Chemistry and Biology, and a Master of Science degree from Purdue University in Genetics with a minor in statistics. She did her research in genetic mutations and published her research in the journal Genetics. Prior to her real estate career, she was a high school chemistry teacher.

She is married to a UCLA Professor, has three grown children, and lives in Bel Air, California.
