Rony Ghelerter

Rony Ghelerter has more than 20 years of new home and residential sales experience. Although she grew up in a family of four generations of residential and commercial contractors, her real estate career began while selling new homes in the metro Washington D.C. market, and her experience, paired with relationship building and client service, earned her a 'Rookie of the Year' nomination with over $11 million in sales.

Currently an agent in the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty North Atlanta office, Rony was one of only two selling agents for the Avalon development, a $100 million mixed-use, commercial and residential development in Alpharetta, Georgia. She is a Top Producer for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association with over $200 million in sales.

Rony's concierge-level approach with her clients, in-depth construction, market and industry knowledge, communication and luxury sales background serve as a fundamental foundation for consistently impressive sales success.

Rony is currently completing a hospitality management degree from the University of Alabama and is a member of Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and Sigma Alpha Lambda. She enjoys her philanthropic involvement with the Atlanta Humane Society, German Shepherd Rescue, Great Pyrenees Rescue and The Cure.

Rony resides in Milton with her husband, Jeff, their twins, Abbey and Katie, and a rescue dog. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, working out, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
