With 32 years working as an Executive Pastry Chef, Rob owned and operated the very popular Snickerdoodles Bakery and Coffee House in Hampstead, Maryland for 15 years. He sold the business for a career path change joining his wife, Julia Gonzalez in the real estate industry where she has 20 years of successful experience. Rob finds that real estate offers a perfect platform to use his business knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills, and derives great satisfaction helping clients find their dream home, or helping them navigate through the selling process. He strives to go above and beyond his clients' expectations to build lasting relationships. Rob is a graduate of Towson University where he played lacrosse for four years, as a two-time team captain and senior all-star. He subsequently graduated first in his class from the New England Culinary Institute, Vermont. Well-traveled he has lived in California, Virginia, Vermont, and Maryland. He is the proud father of four grown children and enjoys gardening, boating, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
