Born and raised in Wisconsin, Richard Droste attended the University of Wisconsin and studied Business Administration. After school, Richard joined a large local paper packaging company as an accounting clerk. Later, Richard became a sales manager and worked with the company for 22 years. In 1985, Richard became a partner and a member of the Board of Directors in a leverage buyout of a smaller paper packaging company where he was responsible for all sales and carried the title of V.P. of Sales and Marketing. During the next 10 plus years sales increased nearly threefold. In 1996, Richard sold the company and retired to Florida. After playing golf, fishing and enjoying life for the 10 years following his retirement, Richard decided to reenter the sales field and obtain his real estate license. Since then he has been a full-time sales agent.
