Regina 'Reggie' Hunt, long-time Main Line resident, is one of the area's most dedicated real-estate professionals with more than 20 years of experience listing and selling residential properties in the Philadelphia suburbs with a focus on the Main Line. A consistent top producer, in 2012 she was selected as a '5-Star' real estate professional for the greater Philadelphia region; in 2005 and 2008 she won national sales awards for being in the top 5% of agents in the U.S. Reggie is also a certified negotiation expert, certified relocation specialist and seniors real estate specialist. The Main Line is really a group of communities, each with their own character. Reggie is able to explain to buyers the nuances of each neighborhood. For those with school-age children, she knows the area's private and public education institutions. Similarly, she is acquainted with many of the Main Line's private clubs (she is an avid tennis player) and what activities are available at each. As an expert on the Main Line 'lifestyle,' Reggie brings much knowledge to the Kurfiss SIR Bryn Mawr office. Because she has experience with estate homes, new construction, raw land, equestrian properties and homes in most every price range and she stays current with market activity and trends, Reggie is an expert resource for sellers regarding pricing, marketing and bringing a sales agreement to settlement. Prior to her career in real estate sales, Reggie worked on Wall Street. She is an alumna of The Agnes Irwin School and earned a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. Active in many Main Line charities and clubs, including the Radnor Hunt Club, Radnor Races, Devon Horse Show and Brandywine Conservancy, Reggie is an experienced horsewoman. She also has bred champion Norwich terriers. She resides in Haverford.
