Before becoming a real estate team, Stacia worked as an engineer for a midstream oil and gas company, and Maddie rapidly grew her own consumer goods business while working full-time at large scaled corporations. In their respective first years with Sage Sotheby's International Realty, Stacia and Maddie both won the Rookie of the Year award given to the agent with the highest sales volume in their first year.
