Rakesh has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Banking. He has been managing the real estate portfolio of some of the top family offices and promoters in India. He has worked across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Goa and Rajasthan regions. He has also managed NRI clients for both buying and selling in India. Before joining India Sotheby's International Realty in 2019, he spent over 15 yrs in Treasury Sales and Business Development with leading banks in India. Within treasury, his expertise lies in commodities, currencies, and derivatives. His last stints were at Kotak Mahindra Bank as North Head - of Wholesale Bank Corporates and National Head - Mid Markets Corporates. Prior to that, he led national and regional treasury sales for leading banks such as ICICI Bank and ING Vysaya for various market segments. Rakesh holds a master's in business administration from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where he has also delivered lectures on financial markets. A fitness enthusiast, Rakesh is an avid marathon runner and a certified paraglider.
