Paul is truly passionate about homes, particularly those that have been well-designed or feature classic elements. With a background in design at San Francisco State, he is uniquely positioned to envision what his clients need and desire, bringing it to life. Paul has worked alongside his wife, who is an architect, on a number of personal and client projects, which have given him an extensive understanding of building and remodeling homes.

Working primarily in residential sales, Paul is most comfortable within the $1- to $5-million range, but happily follows his clients wherever he’s needed, from small land deals and modular homes to expansive waterfront estates and beyond. Each home is unique; Paul tailors his marketing plans to a home, focusing on what makes it stand out, making suggestions regarding staging, hiring professional photography, and crafting a suite of digital and print pieces that are targeted to the right audience.

Paul’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is rooted in a shared commitment to quality service and award-winning marketing that comes together across a global platform. He is further positioned to assist clients from around the world with his Certified International Property Specialist Designation, which allows him to seamlessly work with clients relocating to the U.S. or looking to purchase investment or vacation property in other countries.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Paul spent many summers sailing the cold, wet San Francisco Bay. He was drawn to the Pacific Northwest upon discovering the San Juan Islands. Deeply committed to his community, Paul was heavily involved in the San Juan Island Public School Foundation, helping raise over $1.4M during his term as Board President, and served on the Board of the Westcott Bay Sculpture Park. Paul also served two terms as President of the San Juan County Association of REALTORS®.
