Paula Goodwin has been a resident of Santa Barbara since 1979 and has extensive familiarity with the diverse neighborhoods and properties in the area.

Before becoming a full-time professional real estate agent in 2000, Paula worked as a top executive for Ericsson, a leading communications technology corporation. In addition, Paula has extensive experience remodeling homes in the area with her former company C&G Properties, which won the Santa Barbara Beautiful Award for one of their projects.

With advanced training in negotiation, sales and presentation skills, Paula helps buyers find the perfect home to meet their lifestyle needs and works with sellers to obtain the highest dollar amount, successfully closing as quickly as possible. She always goes the extra mile and keeps her clients well-informed throughout the sales process. As a result of her exemplary customer service, Paula has maintained a strong referral-based business.

Paula is organized, enthusiastic and dedicated to creating an efficient and pleasant working environment for all parties involved in any real estate transaction. She is well-known for her tenacity during hard-to-close deals. As evidence of this, Paula was given the prestigious Howard Gates Award in 2010.

Originally from Colorado, Paula enjoys spending time with her large family and her grandchildren. She loves music and sings, enjoys golf and has been involved with her church’s youth ministry.
