In 2023, she made another market shifting sale of a 20-acre estate for $15,000,000. She has a proven track record of over 38 years in selling many of the heritage properties on the Central Coast of California. These landmark sales such as 3,300 +/- acre Bar Go Ranch, 4700 +/- acre Rancho Latigo, and the historic Zaca Lake retreat have shown the depth and diversity of this integral part of her portfolio. Her success in the wine industry, including the sale of the Murphy-Goode wine business, Rideau Vineyard, and Winery, Zinke tasting room and winery plus various vineyards, have given her credibility in this highly complex agri-business. Patty is an accomplished equestrian as well as an avid conservationist with a unique skill set evolved from years in various business ventures from working for PepsiCo in Puerto Rico to managing Winchester Canyon Farms, an organic farming business in Santa Barbara. Her BA is from UCSB, and she will be forever grateful for her education bringing her to this stunning part of the planet to work every day at something she loves.
