Patti has experienced Park City’s growth from a sleepy mining town and fledgling ski area into a preeminent ski destination and host of the 2002 Winter Olympics. One of five agents who founded the Park City Board of Realtors®, Patti’s years of living in this resort town and her in-depth real estate knowledge gives her clients a significant advantage when listing or selling a property, finding the perfect home, or investing in the Park City area.

In the early days of the Park City Mountain Resort, she worked in the marketing department promoting the charm of the old mining town, the light fluffy snow, and the easy access from the local community to a major airport. Riding her horse with friends down lightly traveled Main Street to a favorite restaurant, and snowcat skiing the slopes prior to Deer Valley's opening, are two of her favorite experiences. Patti knew the area had tremendous potential, and now that it has developed into a premier ski town, she delights in assisting her clients as they discover the stunning beauty and lifestyle that Park City has to offer.

With her many professional and personal connections, as well as her trademark optimism and tenacity, Patti enjoys an outstanding business. Her peers have recognized her as the epitomy of professionalism and a true pleasure to work with. Listening to her clients and updating them on the sales activity and marketing of their property, and sending the latest listings to her buyers is a top priority. She is pleased to represent the Sotheby's International Realty brand, and Patti cherishes the friendships she makes with her clients, her Summit Sotheby's colleagues, and the greater real estate community.

In addition to the work of real estate, Patti is involved in numerous community-oriented and civic activities. She devotes her time and energy in supporting the Peace House, dedicated to ending family violence, and the Mountainlands Community Housing Trust, which assists all resident in finding housing within their means. Patti loves living in this ever-changing and active town which welcomes new residents with diverse backgrounds and interests. She savors the many outdoor opportunities and especially loves playing golf whenever possible (she is the past Salt Lake Country Club Champion). Patti is very grateful for her family, including her three grandsons, and her friends, treasuring the time she spends with them.
