Born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, Patrick relocated to Atlanta in 1990 to begin a ten-year career at the Marriott Marquis. Following the 1996 Summer Olympics, he began his second career as a residential real estate appraiser in Metro Atlanta. Patrick attributes his highly regarded reputation to his ten years of customer service combined with ten years of real estate appraising experience. He primarily focuses on the Decatur, Inman Park, Candler Park, Midtown and Buckhead markets.
Patrick is heavily involved in the Atlanta community. His charitable contributions include Open Hand, AID Atlanta, Living Room and Jerusalem House, as well as serving as an advisory board member to Joining Hearts.
