Pamela S. Pagnani, real estate attorney and licensed broker, is the Senior Vice President and Brokerage Manager of Sotheby’s International Realty in Greenwich, CT. Pam has over 25 years of experience practicing real estate law at both Dewey LeBeouf in Manhattan; and Whitman & Breed in Greenwich, CT.

Pam has led the Greenwich Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage since March 2014 and is responsible for the growth and success of the office and its agents in the Greenwich real estate market. In this role, Pam manages the day to day operations, including overseeing the offices transactions, marketing and administrative teams. Capitalizing on her real estate legal experience she provides transactional guidance to the brokerage’s 90+ agents, as a non-competing manager. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in educating real estate industry leaders and has been quoted in numerous articles including the New York Times regarding real estate trends and matters.

An experienced negotiator, advocate and counselor, Pam partners with her top-notch sales team to provide the highest level of service and support to the firm’s clients and customers. Her primary focus is supporting her agents. She is dedicated to a policy of fairness. Pam has a “can-do, proactive” attitude which builds a culture of trust and comradery. Pam is respected and admired in the community for creating a work environment that is professional, high achieving, caring and ethical. She mentors, encourages, coaches and inspires each agent to bring their business to the next level. Pam organizes numerous networking events and opportunities for the agents, allowing them to take full advantage of the strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand locally, nationally and internationally.

Pam is actively involved with the Greenwich Association of Realtors, where she chairs the Education Committee which provides programming for over 1000 agents in Greenwich. In addition, she serves on the Board of the Connecticut Realtors, where she represents Greenwich.

With strong ties to the community where she was raised and lives, and a passionate believer in giving, Pam currently serves on a number of local boards including the Greenwich Land Trust, Greenwich Academy Alumnae Association, Greenwich Riding and Trails Association, and the Inner-City Foundation for Education and Charity. In the past she was a Trustee at Greenwich Academy and a Board member of Connecticut Public Television and the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, she also served as an Advisor to the Greenwich Preservation Trust. Most recently, she was the recipient of the Greenwich Sentinel Award in recognition of her local community service in Greenwich, CT.

Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Trinity College and earned her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was awarded an IOLTA scholarship in recognition of her volunteer and community service record. She is admitted to the bar in both Connecticut and New York.

Pam loves to travel, play tennis, and be anywhere near the water or mountains in order to enjoy any and all activities associated with both. She has two wonderful grown children, Jennie and Charlie, and two granddaughters, Charlotte and Leigh, and the best son in law, Mark. They are her “why.” She firmly believes that “the more you give, the more you live.” She is thankful for what she gets to do each day.
