The beautiful Pacific Northwest has been home for Noelle for most of her life. Growing up in a small town near the Oregon coast and then personally living in several different cities and suburbs in the Portland metro area for over 30 years, makes her a valuable resource on the local area and real estate market when helping buyers and sellers.

Prior to having a successful real estate career, Noelle spent 15 years in Human Resources at a major law firm which helped her foster a heart for people and allowed her to gain and grow a strong set of administrative skills which served her well when she left to open her own home décor store. Following those years of retail merchandising and customer service, she also worked as a design consultant for a large interior surface company in the area, helping clients with remodel and new construction projects.

Bringing her experience and eye for design alongside her real estate business gave birth to a unique blend of real estate and design expertise which allow Noelle to present a full-service approach to her clients since these industries naturally complement each other and share her passion for people and the spaces they occupy. More recently, Noelle has had the opportunity to also apply this dynamic dual skill set to the investment side of real estate by helping clients find ideal properties to purchase as short-term rentals. Her guidance not only helps identify a sound investment but also how to create an aesthetically pleasing property so it outperforms the competition and earns rave reviews from guests.

One of Noelle’s greatest joys are the lasting friendships she has formed while serving clients. Known for her collaborative spirit, communication, caring deeply, creative problem solving and being in her clients’ corner of the ring, Noelle is committed to providing exceptional service from the heart and to get the best results for her clients.

Outside of work, you can find Noelle enjoying time with her family, a good book or favorite show. Riding horses, going to the movies and dining out are always favorite pastimes but new activities on her list include snowshoeing, pickle ball, wine tasting and learning how to play poker.
