Raised in Bethesda, MD, she has a keen understanding of the culturally diverse and sophisticated DC market. Her local upbringing affords her the ability to speak from a place of experience when advising her clients on the ins and outs of DC area living. It is for this reason and many others that Nicole Terry makes a highly valuable addition to the talented Heider team.


During her educational years, she lived in New York City and Boulder, CO, before moving back to the DC area, and although these two places are inherently different, she appreciated and enjoyed the life experiences and surroundings of both locales. Graduating from New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology with a business degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications, Nicole blends her marketing and business savvy with her background in sales and her passion for quality design, which builds a unique and strong foundation for her career in the real estate industry. But what she truly considers invaluable to her success in real estate are the skills she developed during her prolific eight year career in medical and technology sales in the DC area.
