For Nicole Clemente, real estate runs in her blood. Her grandmother was a real estate agent in Talbot County, where Nicole spent her summers growing up. She has always had an affinity for the home buying and selling process. As a registered nurse, Nicole is passionate about caring for and meeting her patients’ goals. She takes the same driven approach in dealing with her clients’ real estate needs. In addition to her attentive nature, Nicole is known for her listening and negotiation skills. Nicole has been a full-time resident of Talbot County since 2015. She has an equal understanding of the diverse landscape and needs of her Eastern Shore clients as she does with her Western Shore clients, where she is from. She recognizes the differences and understands the beauty of life on the water that draws people out East. Nicole graduated from Towson University with a degree in nursing and began her real estate career in 2022 working closely with a top agent specializing in waterfront properties. What she likes most about being a realtor is the process of turning her clients’ goals into realities. “I measure my success by the size of the smile on my clients’ faces after closing” she says, “It’s an honor to be trusted in such an important and monumental purchase.” In her free time, Nicole enjoys going to the beach, being out on the water, fishing, traveling, doing home renovations and spending time with friends, family and her children, Maverick and Karson.
